It is located in an old “casilla” of the Canal de Isabel II, reformed in a landscape with extraordinary geological value.
In the outside of the Museum, there is a layout of a series of explanation panels with information about the different aspects of the geology: the creation of the planets, the water cycle, the fossils, the formation of the Lozoya’s low valley or the Reguerillo’s caves.
These panels are supported with divers great scale reproductions: the Reguerillo’s Cave, faults and types, Stratigraphy cut, the fossils, etc.
